This enables us, and our clients, to make informed decisions every step of the way. And it is a means of bringing the other party to the settlement table.
We continue to be very successful at settling most cases well in advance of trial. But we also have the necessary trial and arbitration experience in the event those steps become necessary in pursuit of our clients’ claims.
However, our goal is always to apply as much pressure as possible at every step of the case, to expedite resolution and enable our clients to focus on their lives and their businesses.
