Katie’s Status
Katie was selected by Super Lawyers as one of the Top Attorneys and Rising Stars in Construction Litigation for the seventh year in a row. Katie was also recently selected as a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America. Katie continues to have great success for her clients. She recently negotiated a successful resolution on behalf of her plaintiff clients for undisclosed defects in their recent home purchase.

Biography
Katie, a shareholder in the firm, is admitted to practice in Washington, including the United States District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington. Katie is a tenacious, knowledgeable, and caring advocate for her clients. Katie’s practice focuses primarily on construction defect litigation, real estate disputes, commercial landlord tenant litigation, commercial collection, and homeowner and condominium association disputes. Katie also represents buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Her clients include homeowners, small business owners, property owners, material suppliers, contractors, and condominium and homeowner associations.
Katie is a successful litigator who has been recognized for seven consecutive years by Super Lawyers as one of the Top Attorneys and Rising Stars in Construction Litigation. Katie is also a fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America.
Katie is very involved in the legal community. Katie is Immediate Past President of Mother Attorneys Mentoring Association of Seattle. Katie is also co-chair of the King County Bar Association Judiciary and Litigation Committee, and an active member of the Washington State Bar Association.
Personal Interests
Katie has lived in the Pacific Northwest her whole life. Katie enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, college football (Go Huskies!), and spending time with her family.
