Biography
Ryan, an associate in the firm, is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Washington. Ryan’s practice focuses primarily on construction defect litigation, real estate disputes, homeowner and condominium association issues, commercial collections, and general civil litigation.
Prior to joining Levy | von Beck | Comstock, Ryan gained valuable experience representing property owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in complex construction and commercial litigation matters, as well as representing individuals in personal injury claims. Ryan utilizes his diverse experience to help clients understand the nuances of their claims and defenses to determine the best approach to reaching resolution whether it be through settlement, arbitration, or trial.
Personal Interests
Ryan was born and raised in the Seattle area and is often venturing to the outdoors to enjoy all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. He enjoys trail running, skiing, and adventures with his wife and their Bernese Mountain Dog (Wally).
