Biography

Alisha is an associate in the firm and licensed to practice law in the State of Washington. Her practice focuses on general civil litigation and business disputes, with particular interests in collections, contract disputes, real estate litigation, and construction-related matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Alisha gained valuable experience researching breach-of-contract claims, regulatory compliance, and legal issues arising from construction negotiations. Her background includes conducting contract risk assessments, developing litigation strategies, and supporting clients through matters involving contractual and regulatory obligations.

Raised in a family of small business owners in Michigan, Alisha developed an early appreciation for the challenges entrepreneurs face and the importance of practical, client-focused legal counsel. She strives to provide thoughtful advocacy and effective solutions tailored to each client’s objectives. Before beginning her legal career, she proudly served in the United States Army, an experience that strengthened her leadership, discipline, and commitment to public service—qualities she continues to bring to her legal practice.

Alisha is a member of the King County Bar Association.

Personal Interests

Outside of the office, Alisha enjoys taking full advantage of the Pacific Northwest’s outdoor lifestyle. A lifelong runner, Alisha also enjoys playing volleyball and tennis, skiing during the winter months, and experimenting in the kitchen as a hobby chef. She has a passion for travel and enjoys exploring new places with family and friends.
