Constance is excited to join the team at Levy | von Beck | Comstock | P.S.
Constance received her law degree from Seattle University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. While attending law school, Constance was President of the Dispute Resolution Board, served on the national moot court team, and externed for Justice Steven C. González where she drafted concurrences and mooted cases with the Justice in preparation for oral argument.
Constance was also a research assistant for Professor Brooke D. Coleman in support of her textbook Learning Civil Procedure with Jeffrey W. Stempel, Michael J. Kaufman, David F. Herr, & Steven Baicker-McKee. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Honors from the University of Oregon.
Her practice encompasses a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including construction defect, professional liability, and commercial litigation.
Constance enjoys fostering and rescuing dogs (primarily bully breeds). She enjoys baking, bartending, cooking, as well as event and travel planning.
