Residential: Within 30 days of first performance
Within 60 days of first performance
Deadline to File Claim
Lien: Must see full summary as there are statutes for projects commenced before and after July 1, 2012
Bond: At the same time that a suit against the bond is commenced
Deadline to Foreclose
Lien: Within 180 days after filing lien claim
Bond: Within 1 year of notice of first publication of final payment to general contractor
